Been with this place since it was affordable vet under Dr. Bill.
The one constant, which keeps me with them, is that all of the vets are good caring people who are doing their very best.
I will advise their schedule is very full! So it can be very challenging to get in for any immediate appointments. But, that sadly seems to be the norm with vets in Ann Arbor for the last several years.
I brought my senior cat here for his care towards the end of his life, and I am so appreciative of this practice! Dr. Marissa was so kind and thoughtful when working with him. The technicians were always welcoming, fielded all my questions, and were very gentle with my cat at the end of his life. The care given at this practice should be the standard, I cannot recommend this place enough!
All the staff were so friendly and welcoming. My dog needed a surgery and Dr. Marissa was very open about it and informative. She was so kind and patient with my dog, she is just lovely! Dr. Marissa performed the surgery beautifully. In the future if my dog needs anything, I’ll be taking her back here!!!
