As Mia Cunningham the agent in managing the transport of my daughter. Welling openly stated that she was never shown to to properly install a car seat! Be aware of this place! An if the sate is lying about taking your kid like they did mine. An ends up here. Please make sure the car seat is installed properly! The supervisor played it off like it was nothing! They are bodie bodie here an do not care about the safety of your children!

They don’t sanitize there changing stations! Not only that it’s not even fully put together an lose! They also have air vents falling off. As well chipping pain in the main lobby!

We have a home study finalized already and have reached out to three different Samaritas locations numerous times over the past 2 months. They say they will call and NEVER DO.It’s appalling and disgusting to have such a low urgency in some an important situation. You have a family wanting to help and won’t call anyone back.We contacted a difference agency and the SAME DAY they responded. They also found this situation quite saddening. Get it together.
