Rochman Design-Build built a major addition onto our house in 2014-15. It was space designed for an elderly parent that could later become a first floor master suite and family room. Our goals and desires for the design were carefully listened to and the final result is spectacular.Our site presented many challenges, as it sits on the edge of a ravine, and there was little level space available, either for access by earth-moving equipment, or for storage of materials.
