Tony has fixed my furnace problem. However, he grossly overcharged me. When he came first time he didn’t have the replacement part, so he had to come the following day to install it. For that he changed me $120 twice, as if it was my fault he didn’t have the part in the first time. Be prepared, H&H will nickel and dime you.

These guys are total scumbags. They are unprofessional, and even in public treat people like garbage. While at the gas station, They pulled in behind me and started using the pump before I could finish paying for my gas, causing me to be delayed and a massive inconvenience of having to go back into the gas station to correct the problem with the pump.when I asked why they did that and they said I had been in the gas station too long. However, I was in line waiting to pay and couldn’t control how long it was taking. This behavior is unacceptable and I hope people will think twice before using their services.

Don't you love these companies that say they come out abd do free estimates. Then if you don't use them ban you for life for any future work.! Wow so unprofessional. So hard to find competent professional contractors these days ! Like a needle in a haystack
