You never want to need a restoration company, but Quest is the way to go if you do! We've used them several times for water issues in our basement, and for cleanup after a contractor left our furnace room covered in concrete dust. Pete and his team are always professional, timely, and kind. I hope we never need them again, I wouldn't use any other company in the case that we do!
I had Josh and Pete and their team out after a sewer drain backed up into my basement. The team was phenomenal! Very helpful and very patient. They didn't try to scare me with horror stories or pressure me to sign with them. They took plenty of readings to help me understand how the water came through the house.

We highly recommend using Quest-Restoration Ann Arbor to manage a flood emergency. We used a different company originally and wish that we called Quest first!
