“Derek has been helping us for almost a year now to get things under control at our house. We had an infestation of mice last fall when the weather turned cool. Derek got that well managed. We have had intrusions from birds and other 4-legged things we do *not* want in our house. We had a predatory bird that was killing our chickens. Derek is very good at what he does and has had an incredible amount of patience and understanding with my extreme anxiety over mice and other animals in the house that are unwelcome. My hat is off to Derek and his help has been most welcome.“

Every over-the-counter product we tried wasn't working, heard their commercial on WHMI gave them a call late in the afternoon, explained the problem, was told they were Yellowjackets and someone could be out the next day. Chris showed up on time was very friendly and knowledgeable, confirmed they were yellowjackets checked the wall and ceiling in the house then explained in detail what they use, how it works and it could take up to three days but by the end of the next day, no activity.
