Kenneth called the day before to tell me he would be out at 8am which was nice because the window of service was 8am to noon. He arrived promptly at 8am and started servicing the outside. Then explained exactly what he was going to do to keep bugs and spiders out of our home. He did so quickly and was very professional. The whole experience was great. Thank you Kenneth.
Ricky was just here to follow up on spider control. We live on a lake - always spiders havens - and there are always some spiders in our shrubs. I try to control them myself, but apparently some moved to the exterior of the house. Proof came back out at no charge and Ricky did a good job removing the webs and respraying the exterior and garage. He arrived on time and was very friendly and professional.
