The entire team at Paul Davis has been incredibly helpful and informative, and has made what we expected to be the most stressful event of our lives nearly stress free! HUGE shout out to Ayden & the demo team, Bryan, Ryan, and Steve for all their help so far, and more names to add to the list I’m sure!
Would highly recommend Paul Davis Restoration and his team. All of the staff were very professional and knowledgeable. They checked in to make sure everything was coming along with the dry out. We had water damage in our basement almost 8 years ago and I was shocked how reasonable their fee was especially for a Saturday. We paid 2.5 times more 8 years ago than what we paid Paul Davis. Highly recommend.
We used Paul Davis for my Dad's condo after water damage from a frozen pipe burst this winter. Both remediation (Tyler) and restoration (Mark J.) were outstanding. Communication was prompt, responsive, professional, and people went the extra mile to accommodate us in a time of need and displacement. Any issues that came up were addressed and resolved above and beyond expectations. Many thanks especially for to Mark in restoration for seeing our job through to completion and satisfaction.
