Last Friday Nick installed a Kohler flushmate toilet with an handheld bidet and changed the vanity; he did an excellent job very efficiently in about a little over 2 hours. Neat clean job. Will always ask for Nick for all future plumbing issues. Sumi Raj

Derek recently replaced our kitchen faucet which ended up being a more complicated task than expected. He communicated and explained the issues clearly and solved the problem. He was professional and friendly, and our new faucet works great! We’ve used OTP before, and will do so again.
