I was headed from BG to Traverse City (family emergency). Car broke down north of Ann Arbor. Upset/overwhelmed- tow truck driver- JEFF cared!! He was very professional & empathetic; total gentleman. He talked mainly about his family, pets and his job. I felt safe & comfortable. Somebody raised that boy right!! Maria Weber

My boyfriend and I broke down on Christmas Day. We were stranded on the side of M14. A tow truck from this company was dispatched by AAA. The tow truck got to us less than 30 minutes after being dispatched. The driver was extremely kind!! He got the truck loaded up in under ten minutes and got it back to my boyfriend’s shop safe and sound. He dropped it off exactly where we wanted it, so that it could easily be pushed into the shop.
It was the best outcome for the situation we were in. Obviously, no one wants to be broken down on Christmas Day. However, the tow truck driver made it a seamless experience for us and like I said, was extremely kind.
