There is a older man that works here that helped me after I experienced a daunting phone call with the agency. It was a very disturbing phone call borderline traumatic. Its Christmas and he was so kind and so lovely. He's a walking angel. So those are the kinds of people that need to be employed in service jobs. Not people who are full of disdain and anger for their clients.. ahem the agency needs a makeover. 5stars Michigan works!

Every staff member I have worked with has been so kind and helpful. I always leave with my questions answered. You can get through to unemployment very fast on their phones when it would take hours if I called myself. They make things far less stressful and can answer any questions or connect you to the person that can. I’m very grateful for their service!
