“10 out of 5 stars 😩 Backstory: My fiance and I closed on our first home this week. We both travel for work. I just got back, and he left for a 3-month contract the day after we got the keys. I drove him to airport and headed back to our new place only to realize he accidentally took the key (they only gave us one - long story). Couldn’t get ahold of realtor and frankly didn’t know what to do. Called these guys panicking and they were SO kind & reassuring on the phone. The tech (Jacob? Caleb? No short term memory haha sorry!) was there in 10 minutes and got me back in. He was so kind, didn’t make me feel like a basket case even though I’m sure I seemed like one. Hectic times over here. I really appreciate the kindness and empathy! Highly recommend 🩷“
