“So easy and 100% accurate = total success.- What did I need? Dad had an old 'fireproof safe' where he kept 'Important Papers' -- i.e. His service records, immunization details, family heritage info, etc. Since he was getting more forgetful. I chose to proactively have a back up key made.- I had seen the 'KeyMe' kiosk at our grocery store every time I checked out. I always wondered if it would be a good solution. I- GOOD NEWS! IT IS!- While a blank for the type of key I wanted to copy was not 'in stock' at the machine I choose, I was still able to submit an order. THEN a perfect / fully functioning / good quality key arrived in the mail a few days later. - I ABSOLUTELY would recommend this service to friends and family without hesitation.Service: Safe lock mechanism installation, opening & repairs”

“My “Go To” locksmith for all of my re-keying and complex lock jobs. We have a complex Baldwin lock system, and Chad knows how to work on it like the back of his hand. What’s most important to me, is Chad‘s customer service: he is highly communicative, prompt, friendly, and manages expectations well. He’s also very well-priced, and a pleasure to work with. Thank you, Chad, for everything!”

“This man!!!!! This man saved me tonight! Truly! Rob replied to a request (from a referral friend) and in a panic I reached out, this man came immediately to ensure the locks at my business were changed. Literally within an hour from meeting him, he was at my work fixing the locks - he is so professional, was soooo nice and kind, and went above and beyond to make sure I felt secure! I realize to many it’s just “he is doing his job” no…. Customer service and quality service is far and few between these days! HIGHLY recommend Rob and will be using for all future needs! THANK YOU for stopping what you were doing to help me in a true pinch!”
