After missing our original appointment, Shine reached out to us and explained the situation. We agreed to reschedule the work and they even offered a small discount. When time came for the new appointment, they arrived within the service window and completed the work generally to satisfaction and in a timely manner in accordance with the quote. We are very appreciative of their willingness to correct the issue and to work with us to get the job done. Would probably work with them again in the future if need be.

I have done business with Shine now for the past few years. The people they send to work on our home are always personable and professional. They communicate when they are on their way and their arrival time. Just a delight to do business with.
