the technician was very polite and professional. the job was done in the amount of time to which he stated and, the finished results were flawless. my carpet looks like it did when I purchased it 12 years ago.

Rachelle came out and cleaned the carpets in my new home. I wasn’t sure the carpets would come out clean, but they looked way better than expected. I will definitely recommend them to friends and family.
