They scammed me. I ordered two prescription glasses on buy one get one free deal but I had to pay for extra add ons for the “free” pair of glasses. I got only one of the glasses with correct prescription. The other one lenses were wrongly placed so I gave them back to the shop to get them fixed. After calling them back and forth for two weeks, they stopped picking up my calls. I came to Briarwood mall to check it out and they are gone. The entire shop has moved out. Didn’t respond to calls or emails. Very disappointed. What a scam.

EYEQ.ITY recently became my forever place for new glasses. Awesome prices, amazing selection of frames, and Shawn was extremely helpful and friendly. No need to ever go anywhere else!!!

The lady that helped us now was very friendly and pleasant! She fixed the eyeglasses nose pads after we called many places that didn’t offer to help on a Sunday afternoon ! We recommend trying this place!
