I have been so fortunate to work with Elin Walters at Exactly Design on several aspects of my home rebuild. Elin has such a strong and clean design sense. From layout of a home, for great flow, and superior exterior design, that works easily with the interior for maximum enjoyment and great use of space. Elin’s work and conscientious effort on my project gave me the added confidence and support I needed to end with a superior product.
When we found our MCM fixer-upper, we knew that we wanted to modernize the home but keep its charm during the full restoration. Our realtor recommended Elin as a designer who would be able to help us accomplish just that. After looking at her portfolio and meeting with Elin, we were confident that Exactly Designs was the correct choice for our project. We built a mid-century inspired home in an area where that style is not prevalent, and we are so fortunate to have found Exactly Designs. Elin was absolutely fantastic to work with - and we did it all remotely via email, facetime, etc. She took time to get to know us, our style, and our priorities and she helped us put together a comprehensive, cohesive style for our entire house including tile, wallpaper, paint, furniture and designed built-ins as well.
We are thrilled with the end result and really appreciate how much this feels like our home because she was able to reflect our style in the designs she put together for each room.
