This is our second time using Ello’s Cleaning Service. We used them when we moved into our newhome for a deep clean prior to moving in and they made the process effortless. We decided to use their carpet cleaning services and loved the results! They were able to remove old stains from our light colored cream carpet and were very professional during the services and even followed up afterwards to ensure we were happy with our results. Very knowledgeable about how to best deep clean our carpet for the best result. They buffed and raked the carpet before sthe steam cleaning,which for one I know other company's don't do and for two it really left the carpet looking like the day it was installed. Very impressed with the service and you can't get a better price for the work they do. Definitely recommend and will most definitely use this service again in the future.
