This is our second time using Ello’s Cleaning Service. We used them when we moved into our newhome for a deep clean prior to moving in and they made the process effortless. We decided to use their carpet cleaning services and loved the results! They were able to remove old stains from our light colored cream carpet and were very professional during the services and even followed up afterwards to ensure we were happy with our results. Very knowledgeable about how to best deep clean our carpet for the best result. They buffed and raked the carpet before sthe steam cleaning,which for one I know other company's don't do and for two it really left the carpet looking like the day it was installed. Very impressed with the service and you can't get a better price for the work they do. Definitely recommend and will most definitely use this service again in the future. They have been cleaning my house for just over 2 years (I think it’s been that long)! They always do an amazing job and I always come home to such a clean house, which can be a feat with two young children. They’re also super flexible. I’ve had to cancel/reschedule last minute due to sick kids and they have always be understanding and kind! Also been flexible when I last minute add extra services or extra rooms. Last visit I was scrambling to get my guest room together for company and they even stopped cleaning to help me get the bed and stuff made. Always pleasant. Always chat with my young children. Can’t say enough good things.
