They offer thorough eye exams, top eyeglasses brands, contact lens fittings, and treatments for various eye conditions. The doctors and assistants are all professional, kind, and knowledgeable, making the experience feel human and personalized. Patients can expect a positive and thorough experience with a very thorough exam. They have always been extremely kind, attentive, thorough, and supportive. Some note the glasses selection has become less exciting and wish for more cool frames. While some aspects, such as the appointment confirmation system, may need improvement, Clarkson Eyecare is committed to delivering state-of-the-art services.
Staff was very kind and helpful, had great interaction with the doc and - as always - had a very thorough exam. The only thing preventing a 5-star rating is the glasses selection on offer has become so boring. When the practice was still Bennett Optometry a huge draw was not only top-notch vision care, but a great selection of really cool glasses. It’s not that way any more, unfortunately. Bring back more cool frames, please!!!
I’ve been coming to Clarkson Eyecare since I was in highschool and even after I’ve moved away from A2 I still come back here for my eye appointments. The doctors and assistants are all professional, kind, and knowledgeable. I only feel as though sometimes the receptionists can let things fall through the cracks. During my last visit they gave me an expired rebate code and I had to go back to get an updated one. I also wish they would include a tracking number or insurance with contact lens purchase.
Other than those minor issues- Clarkson Eyecare is a wonderful optometrist!
I have been a consistent client since their inception and they have ALWAYS been extremely kind, attentive, thorough, and supportive! They have always been a 10 out of 10 experience for me! They have always been able to provide emergency appts for me when I had a few eye injuries as well.
