Eric came in with his team (Mike and Dave) and did a bang-up job on my 125 year old oak floors here in the Old West Side of Ann Arbor They worked with me, refinishing first the back and then the front of the house because of all of the furniture. They were always cordial and helpful and they never missed a scheduled appointment--and that's a big deal because the house was so disrupted I thought the price was right. I highly recommend.
