I use to like this place but the last few times I’ve gone the manicure just did not last. I get dip which I can usually get 3-4 weeks out of. I had broken a few nails so I was hoping to get time to grow them out and the dip has barely lasted a week. I got these done last Thursday and they are chipping like crazy and lifting.
*** edit: the manager called and offered to fix it for free. I really appreciate them taking the steps to fix it ***
The saloon is ok prices are very high, there is strong chemical smell due to lack of ventilation and it’s not really clean, been to better places. Technician was good, he did exactly what I wanted but it is not really detailed work. Overall I’m happy with my nails and the service but it can be improved.
had such a wonderful experience! i went with my love for her birthday and everyone was so attentive, talented, and kind! the nail artist who worked on my love also consistently made sure we were sitting together for as much of the appointment as we could, despite getting different services. any time there was an open chair, they were inviting me over to sit with them. and her acrylics turned out so nice! everyone there really took their time with us, even with us being the last appointments of the day. we never felt rushed and had such a nice time! already can’t wait to go back.
