The program with Justine is nothing short of transformational. We’ve learned tremendously from her. It was so fundamental we’ve completely changed our lifestyle and everyday habits for the better. Her test result/evidence-based approach is meticulous, customized, systematic, thorough, and effective. She explains not just how, but also why.
