“Came in as a referral from Animal Emergency center in rochester -I couldn't be happier with the level of care, detail and reassurance from Dr. wycislak , Although i'm terrified still of a seizure happening again, i have much more confidence knowing that the dr is on our side/ team to help us through any future episodes or switching up treatment plans if necessary . I arrived terrified and traumatized and left feeling more confident and understanding of seizures in dogs and have peace of mind with a spray to administer if necessary- thank you so much Dr. W and team!!! we hope to never see you again ? but if this ends up being more consistent then at least I know I have you! Highly recommend , this business and its team shows prompt care, empathy , understanding , strong communication skills, detail oriented, and isn't pushy if something isn't necessary at the moment which I really appreciate.“

“This vet was new to us with the arrival of our new dog in 2023. They were recommended by a neighbor, and we have truly had a wonderful experience with them. Last week we had a preventative teeth cleaning with anesthesia. The vet came in prior to the procedure and was incredibly thorough in going over what the procedure would look like and what the potential breakdown of costs would be. Every staff member is so sweet and patient. I had no worries at all when I dropped my girlie off for the day.“

“We absolutely love Dr. Mabel Redondo! She is so great with our cats. They have been anxious at the vet before and both were so much more calm in her care. She is calm, thorough, and so extremely helpful in answering all of our questions. She was very patient and did not seem bothered or annoyed by the amount of questions my partner and I were asking her. We have had sub par experiences with veterinary offices in the past, and we are so grateful we found this practice! The staff here is amazing and the vibes are quiet and professional which is perfect for our cats. What a wonderful practice. They truly care about your cats wellbeing here and they do not treat you or you cat like a number. We can’t recommend this place enough!“

“Best vet in the area for exotics! I take both my rabbits and my birds here. A few days ago, I woke up to my rabbit Olive not wanting her breakfast. This is extremely unusual for her. She didn't even want a treat, which is when I knew something was absolutely wrong. So without hesitation, I called all creatures, and they had a cancelation and were able to get me in. The doctor and the staff truly go out of their way to make you feel like they truly care about your fur baby. When we walked in, there was a sign welcoming Olive. The little things like that are why I love this vet so much. To add, the doctor was very gentle and throughout along with the techs. They did an amazing job, and a few days later my baby Olive is back to herself! I truly want to say thank you to the doctor that day! Without her, my baby might not be okay right now. One last thing, this place has amazing prices! Once I got the final bill, I was surprised at how cheap it was! Overall, I am thankful to have found this place. I will definitely continue to bring my exotics here! Thank you all for being the best!“

“Friendly vet clinic handling a wide array of animal friends. My car enjoyed meeting Pebbles, the porky Gila monster in the lobby. Nice staff that actually seem to like animals!“

“The staff here are so kind, gentle, and knowledgeable. They helped me care for my sick, traumatized 20-yr old cat and helped me decide when to say goodbye, and I've taken my next two cats here, too. They're very responsive to emails and texts and I don't usually have to wait on hold when I call. They're worth the drive even after moving to Ypsi.“

“I brought my cat here for an ultrasound. I was able to make a next day appointment for the ultrasound without an emergency visit. The price I was billed was less than what they had quoted, which was substantially less than a few of the other emergency vets I had called.

Unfortunately the outcome for my cat was not good. But everyone I dealt with was very kind and I felt confident that Snaggle Gus had received great care.“
