“I can't say enough good things about Cats Vet. We have tried others but always ended up back at Cats because they're the only place I trust completely with my babies. Every staff member is kind, patient, and knowledgeable. Dr. Reagan and Dr. Vani will thoroughly explain everything that's going on and what your options are in a way that's easy to understand, and they take as much time as needed to answer every question; you will never be rushed. Communication is excellent: phone calls are returned in a timely manner, and if your baby is hospitalized they will keep in touch regularly with updates.I very rarely have to wait more than a few minutes beyond my appointment time, and when they're running behind it's usually because they're handling an emergency, and I'm more than happy to wait. The waiting room is comfortable and stocked with books and magazines, and it's always a nice surprise when one of their resident cats wanders by to say hello!The exam rooms are equipped with feliway diffusers to help keep your babies calm, and relaxing classical music can often be heard too.
