Randy is clearly a very thoughtful and experienced HVAC technician. This was definitely the best experience we've ever had with HVAC repair and maintenance. I will definitely call this group again when we need HVAC maintenance and I would recommend them to anyone without reservation.

Randy and Ben are awesome and come highly recommended. Although our furnace/AC/water heater were operating, I knew the end of life was near and wanted to take care up updating everything before we had an issue. Randy came out and we discussed the best options. Talk about a no hard sell. Randy gave me his honest opinion about what to do and what equipment to go with. He doesn't try to upsell you on anything.
I later asked if he could replace the sump pump...no problem. I also wanted to replace the humidifier with a new unit. No problem. The night before they came out, I realized that we had a 50gal tank and texted Randy at like 9:00 PM to see if they could do a 50 gal vs. a 40 gallon tank....No problem. Ben and Randy came out and were able to get the furnace, AC, water heater, humidifier, thermostat, and sump pump done in one day! Total cost was very reasonable. Everything is running well with no issues. Randy and Ben are the type of guys you can trust and I highly recommend them.

Four Seasons has serviced my appliances for years. I would only trust my churches Boiler to them as well as my home. They have fixed my furnace several times even on a Saturday night in 20° weather. They replaced my boiler in 2017. They are the only ones I would trust. Thank you, Randy and all your guys

We have used 4 seasons for a couple heating/cooling issues in the past- our home has an older HVAC system. Today when preparing for a trip I noticed some leaking from the AC unit onto our basement floor. I texted assuming there wouldn’t be availability til later next week, but it just so happened they had availability to come out same day to address the concerns, which provided peace of mind given we were about to go out of town.

It is so easy to book online with 4-seasons and they will actually show up, even in less than 24hrs. If there is an open slot in their calendar, they'll be there. And on top of this they are really good at what they do. Over the years we've been very happy with their work.

My furnace stopped working a couple of days ago and we are going out of the country tomorrow. It is end of December , dangerous for losing heating. As an old customer, I called Randy who was out of town but he connected me to Ben. Ben came in yesterday, identified the problem, and ordered a replacement part. This morning, he came in and installed the part. The service is excellent and Ben is such a pleasant and professional young man! The company installed the replacement furnace, heater, and air conditioner in my old house a few years back and I was impressed by their services. This year, I am going to let them to do similar replacements for my new house. What a great family business to serve us local families!Service: Heating system repair

Now I'm here to add my own :)My furnace is 20+ years old, and I made an appointment with 4-Seasons for a maintenance check-up. Ben was right on time and was friendly, polite, and approachable. I'm a curious person and had a handful of questions, and Ben answered them all patiently and comprehensively.After inspecting my furnace, Ben discussed his findings with me and made recommendations. The combination of Ben's very clear, very high level of experience and expertise along with his transparency and honesty left me feeling completely satisfied with this entire service experience and at ease about my furnace as we prepare for a Michigan winter.An outstanding experience at every step, from the ease of scheduling the appointment to the actual inspection of my furnace.
