We were so lucky to have stumbled upon 1800 water damage when googling after our house flooded. Their on the ground staff were super helpful and quick to work. Their team was overall a pleasure to work with in our time of need. They were all kind people and even gave me a great reference to a good plumbing company to help address the underlying issue. I wasn't sure what to expect from a larger company compared to a smaller contractor operation. I am very pleased with their professionalism AND their attitudes and supportive personalities. I will call them again and refer others to them when needed!
