The repairman who was sent was courteous and answered all my questions. When a door knob fell off the door to the closet which he had to access to fix the leaks in the bathtub, he fixed that too.
He had to shut off the water to fix the leaks in the bathroom. When he turned on the water again, he made sure the water was running ok everywhere.
He replaced the shelving after he was done with the tub which is great because the shelving is a tight fit and I would have had a hard time doing that.
He took a picture of the bathroom fixtures in case I decided to replace them at a future time since the fixtures are old.

Logan arrived promptly and was very polite and professional. He explained things to me and showed me how to change the furnace filter and made sure everything was working properly before he left. Definitely will recommend to others.
