Upon entering Ulta A salesperson asked my if she could help She stated I remember you. Elizabeth was so helpful pulling up information on specific hair tools. She researched where the products were available. She was patient and showed and listened to my needs. Brianna also helped me with lipsticks. She showed me quite a few. It's been a while since I've bought lipstick . She was happy to show me the colors I wanted. Can't say enough about the staff

I'm not from the area, though I visited Ulta for the first time and was really well welcomed ! Employees Tiana and Connor answered all my questions and got my makeup right. They made sure to get exactly what I wanted with a lot of examples and even getting second opinions from their other coworkers to be extra sure. Tiana did a good job at explaining some hair care services that Ulta gives that i had no clue about, but will def be looking forward to my next visit. Over at the perfume section Jaimi helped me find a perfume whose name I barely knew and had me smell and get to like the other perfumes from the same line and visualize when they'd be best suited for!... read full review

I had such a great time today, many people came to greet me today, specifically, Lalah. Lalah was super helpful and kind when I was checking out. She helped me use my gift cards, birthday coupon, and find an additional coupon for 10% off my purchase! She was extremely helpful. 5 stars all around?
