Been going to Lucy’s for 2+ years to see Kelle. She is my nail dream come true! She is so beyond talented and we have the best time coming up with new ideas. All the girls who work here are so nice do amazing work. If you book with any of them, you won’t be disappointed.

I love Lucy’s!! I’ve been getting my nails done here for over 3 years & I’ve had services done by Becca, Lauren & Kellé! I love how welcoming and inviting the whole salon is and that My nails LAST! So many other places have fell way below average compared to Lucys. I’m so happy to have found a salon that takes pride in their work! All of the girls are awesome and always make conversation with me! It’s always a great time when it’s nail day!! ❤️💅

I was a customer years ago with Kelle. I was running 15-20 minutes late one time and she asked me to rebook and pay a deposit on my missed appt which I did pay the deposit but I decided not to rebook at that time. I totally understand that was my mistake for being late and did apologize.
A few years later I tried to make an appt with this salon and was denied for the reason that I would repeatedly miss my appointments… which couldn’t have been further from the truth! I never EVER missed an appt! However looking back through history with Kelle, she had double booked on multiple occasions and my appt was always the one moved. I never held it against her and was understanding and kind about it.
One other occasion I had asked her if I could move my appt back a half hour and she said yes because the client after me was running late also. Kelle on multiple occasions ran late as well.
I have literal proof of this and after I called this salon out for this very inaccurate memory of how things went down, I did not receive a response from the salon owner nor Kelle.
While I never want to do business with this salon again, I don’t deserve my name to be tarnished and the memory that I was this horrible client because I wasn’t.
EDIT TO ADD: Kelle did admit in message after this review that no, I did not miss appointments. Did I run a couple minutes late on occasion, sure! I’ll admit that wasn’t right of me and I do deeply apologize for that. But my review is staying as the owner of the salon in her response to this review blatantly lied and said their system tells them when I’ve missed appointments - because how can that happen when I NEVER DID!

I Love Lucy’s 💖 The girls there are so welcoming and fun to be around, making every visit a great experience. My nails always come out perfect, and Adrianna is great at working fast without compromising quality. She's been doing my nails for years and she has always given me nothing short of perfection. One of the things I really appreciate about Lucy's is the incredible variety of talented nail artists, each specializing in different styles—there's truly something for everyone! This is a great small business to support! Enjoy my nail art 🫶

Meg does my nails and they always turn out great, and I never have any issues with breaks. All of the girls here are so nice and personable as well, always a good time at the salon! 💅🏻

Kelle has been doing my nails for years & I’ve never had a bad experience. She’s the best & I recommend her to everyone 10/10 experience & Lucy’s is always a good time.

Always the best... no lifting, no chips and REAL hard gel nails ? ... I went 6wks because of surgery and didn't lose ONE nail!! 5?

Great atmosphere and ALL the ladies are amazing. My nail tech Ashley is so sweet and kind and definitely building my natural up to be strong and healthy. This is a gel mani no overlay or tip add all natural nail

Disappointed. They don't do walk-ins. I was looking for a new shop and wanted to get my nails done. Even though I was there, as a walk-in I was advised that I could probably get an appointment within the "next 14 days".Sometimes businesses get new clients via walking in. IJS
