Pros and cons are why I gave the middle star. I was in the office for a hearing test and hearing aids Do "NOT" let the audiologist Laura Curtis take care of you, she is rude and has no respect for others. I know others that have had the same experience with her. If I never see her again in life, would just be fine with me, she gets a negative star. Because of the problems Sarah Salisbury stepped in and took care of business. Sarah was very kind and very respectful, I would give her a ten star + if I could, other people in the office were also kind and respectful like the receptionist. The staff in all 3 departments are great! They are patient, make you feel comfortable, and are knowledgeable on the information they give. I recommend anyone that needs an ENT to come here!
