She made me feel comfortable - was extremely nice and patient with me, despite anxiety setting in at the end because I am unrealistically type A and she remained extremely kind and patient. I am not the easiest person in the chair and don’t mean to be but I have to say I love my hair. She listened and gave me what I asked for. When I got home and messed with it some more I was thankful I made the decision to sit in her chair. Her customer service and quality talent is why I will return.“
