Wes came out he was knowledgeable and efficient. He identified the problem. We ordered additional parts needed for the repair. He made two visits and was always on time and very pleasant to deal with. I could not be more pleased with Tri-Lakes and I highly recommend their service.

James kept us updated on his service times and arrival. He got right to it, checked for error codes, cleaned the filter etc. After finding no issues he talked with my wife and recommended that we change our drying options to fix the problem. Very considerate and helpfull.
