“I didnt know how to tend to my long haired, poodle like haired dog. He got so painfully matted. My boss introduced me to Katie and she took him in on CHRISTMAS EVE last year! She did such an amazing job! Hes a small dog who shakes all the time but when I picked him up on the first day, he was calm as a cucumber. He has been groomed with Katie for a year now and I could never imagine going somewhere else. I explain what we will be doing actively wise and she recommends which style haircut will suit him best for that time frame (such as swimming a lot or tramping through snow). She is so incredibly kind and genuine. I will never have my dog(s) go anywhere else!“
