In the middle of summer, during peak work season for the company, our air conditioning went out. My husband was only 9 weeks out from a kidney transplant and the heat and humidity were not helping the recovery at all. NWM really worked to fit us in and did an amazing job. On time. Northwest Mechanical’s staff is wonderful to work with for a residential home repair project. Our home is 35 years old and most of our faucets needed internal parts replaced due to hard water Lyme build up. NW Mechanical helped us tremendously with the bathtub faucet (tub filler) that ultimately needed to be replaced. Our bathtub has a custom built surround made of beautiful Douglas fir wood. Nick and Kyle at NW Mechanical were sensitive to our wishes to not damage the wood surround and patient in replacing the faucet while working in an extremely small access panel.
