Northwest Mechanical did an amazing job for us, we showed up to our cottage for the first time this year and found out the hard way that our well pump was dead. Called them at 430pm and they were able to send someone out the next day to assess it, they were able to get a pump the next morning and had it installed before noon. Can't say enough good things about them, would highly recommend them in the future!

They have gone above and beyond to help our family. Due to some health challenges we couldn’t be home to pick out and be there for install… but we needed a new toilet on our main floor, one that was more accessible had a bidet etc they worked overtime to make it happen for us. I can’t thank them enough for their kind, professional service, and quality work. Don’t look any further for HVAC or plumbing needs ?

We arranged to have some service work done to redirect a furnace vent pipe for our home. Northwest Mechanical sent confirmation texts stating date and time of service prior to and on the actual date the work was to be done. The service tech, Adam, called to inform me that he was running a bit late since he needed to pick up some supplies. The pipe repair was done in a timely manner and with the utmost care and mindfulness for our house. Adam answered any and all questions I had and was friendly and professional in his approach. This family run business is well run and appears to be very dependable. Thanks for the good work guys!
