We want to thank James (Jim) Bell "To infinity and beyond", as the saying goes. He definently saved the day for us. For four months the first part of 2020 we were looking to relocate to northern Michigan amid a stressful forced retirement. We worked through several northern Michigan realtors in several areas but it was when we met Jim things actually clicked.We cannot say enough about Jim, he is very tuned-in to the buyer’s needs and desires, sincere in every way, and attentive to the twists and turns of finding the right place, enduring to the times of stress and strain that is bound to occur in this venture. He does not bombard you with useless, off point list of maybes, answers his own phone and call’s back promptly.We were about to succumb to buyer’s depression after having spent to many thousands of dollars traveling from IL to MI and back before meeting Jim Bell. In less than 30 days Jim found the house of our dreams, exactly what we discussed, in our price range, move-in ready and now we are here to stay, thanks entirely to Jim and his diligence. Thanks to Jim’s attentiveness, interaction with the seller’ and their agent’s responsiveness we accomplished the goal in a few weeks, after 6 months of buyer’s misery.
