Jacob is a steely-eyed missile man. He quickly assessed the problem with our leaking 2nd-floor bath/shower, had it sorted with new plumbing, stops, fixture hardware, and even re-caulked the bathtub professionally, and in a trice. For any challenges dealing with pipes, plumbing, water, hardware, Jacob is a gentleman and a star. You won't find a more serious, prepared or fun-loving plumbing professional. Jacob is just the business, and yeah, we'll be engaging Jacob again.

Jacob Senkewitz….. that’s all I have to say!! Wow, punctual, thorough, professional, kind, and an outstanding job. As busy as these people have been with all this frigid cold weather, his presence did not indicate anything other than the above. Everything done in a timely manner. Can't rate these guys high enough. Had them come out one time after a dripping faucet wouldn't stop after working on it myself and they root caused it to a plugged shower head and only charged me the analysis fee. Had them come out a second time to look at an upstairs bathroom and under the kitchen sink. Found the that kitchen needed a vent line added amd recommended gave me a contact for a pipe cleaning/inspection company that came out quickly and diagnosed that issue. Then called them on the phone over some water color issues and she gave me some things to try to address the issue and all them in a couple days if the issue remained.
