Lived in an apartment for a few months from November 2021- July 2022.Called to cancel and found it difficult to get a hold of them, eventually spoke to someone and they said they would close my account.Got a call about a bill and that the account was still open roughly 4 months later. I told her I couldn’t pay online because they deleted my account from their system. They asked me to come in and pay the bill even though I moved over two hours away and they hung up.Found out yesterday that they still had the account in my name and the new person living there was paying the bill in person somehow and recently they stopped paying and sent the account to collections.Can’t...read full review

Their customer service is horrible the person answering the phone is rude. If you want the worst customer service within Adrian, then they are number one. I am literally appalled.

The website is awful. Absolutely awful. I put in all the login info. Says it is invalid. I put in our account number. Says it is invalid. Put it in our zip code...our ZIP CODE. Says it is invalid. Went to call them and it automatically goes toemergency service. What the hell is going on????
