From the initial phone call for the quote to the completion of a new water softener, Sielers was great to work with every step of the way. Cameron was efficient, removed the old system and reworked some old water lines which “cleaned up”the area quite well. I can tell he takes pride in his work. He also took the time to explain the new soft water system in detail and answered all questions I had. I had an issue with a water softener in the afternoon on a Friday. Called the office and they said they would page the owner. I said it wasn't that important but they assured me it was no problem. Minutes later I was on the phone with the owner who walked me through what was wrong and got me up and running. (Restaurant) I didn't buy this softener from Sieler's he knows that. Now imagine the service level if I had. That was service I could never expect from a big box store. Much appreciated.
