Very happy with Christina and the other friendly rep who helped us. They were very knowledgeable. Unfortunately, two of our items came with free gifts that were out of stock in store. We were told to "order online " for the remaining stock. It's sad that online orders have advantages over store visits. This will hurt brick and mortar.

Emma T did my eyebrows for the first time today and she did an incredible job!! I love benefit bar and they are the only ones I trust with my lovely brows!! Thank you so much for your kindness and how wonderful you are at doing brows!! Definitely will be coming back and I 100% recommend!!

Had to pick up some last minute gifts for a package and walked in about 20 minutes before closing time. Couldn’t find what I was looking for but Jess and Dottie were so kind and helped me find exactly what I needed!! Great customer service!!
