Requested style: Its great clips... you dont expect a masterpiece.
Stylist: Very nice stylists, some who talk and some who focus on the hair (both are really appreciated depending on the day)
About Great Clips
Great Clips Adrian provides affordable haircuts for men, women, and children. The salon offers various hair care services, including haircuts, beard trims, bang trims, and shampooing. Customers can choose to walk in or check in online to minimize wait times.
Some customers appreciate the friendly and attentive stylists, while others note a variation in haircut quality depending on the stylist. There have been concerns about the online check-in system, as some customers, particularly older individuals, find it difficult to use. Overall, Great Clips Adrian aims to be a convenient and affordable option for haircuts, but consistency in service and online system accessibility remain areas for improvement.

Im not emailing great clips customer service and doing their job for them, they should pay attention to their customers reviews.
There's so many things i would change, first is how people have to go online to sign in, it really should be walk in service, some elderly people don't even know how to use the internet.
The other thing is the quality of the haircut, at this location and others i have received good and bad cuts, Everytime i go in there i don't recognize some staff so it's hard to request a haircut from one specific person
