I waited to do the review to be sure my skin didn’t get irritated, and over a week later, no irritation, no ingrown hairs, nada! I also purchased the products she recommended… I’m sure that also made a difference. If you’re in the area, Ciarra is professional, gentle and will make you feel comfortable every step of the way. “Had to wait but that's my fault because I didn't schedule an appointment. As soon as a pedicure chair was available you had me in the chair and started working. Most of the time you do a great job. I didn't like the last lady I had as she was on her phone watching a movie, I think, the entire time she was giving me a pedicure and manicure. I very rarely get a manicure because I don't usually like the way my nails look when done, and that time was no exception. On the whole, I like what you do.“
