I had an amazing experience with Crystal Carpet Care! They were very accommodating and thorough in their cleaning and making sure I got exactly what I wanted. I could instantly tell my home was clean by the way the carpet looked and smelled. However there was no huge chemical smells and I had my whole home done in a day! Thank you so much! I will be calling again!

The technician did an excellent job on her own, even with a water-damaged carpet, and she was very pleasant and professional throughout the process. Additionally, the company's boss was incredibly kind and made me feel valued as a customer. The price for the service was reasonable as well. We were grateful for the kind, prompt, and professional cleaning we received from Crystal Carpet Care during a quick move between offices. They left our new office smelling much better and even offered to come back at no charge if some of the spots returned after drying. Lindsay was thorough and communicated all the way through about her processes and what to expect. Taryn communicated clearly and answered my inquiry promptly.
