Stay away from this guy. He'll promise the world and deliver on none of it. I had to call him multiple times. Once he came, I told him I wanted to install a new lawn in early spring so it would be ready for the summer. He told me that he could do it and told me that he'd send someone over that week to measure. They never showed up. Called many more times before he answered and apologized and said he'd get someone over to measure. Someone did show and I was promised a quote in the next day or two. Never received one. Steven never got back to me after repeated calls. Never got my lawn in time for summer. This guy is unreliable and his business model stinks.... read full review

Called Steven Carr Landscaping on April 27th, 2022 asking for an estimate to deliver and spread some mulch on my property. After about 3-weeks, he called and said he couldn't come over that day but didn't say when he could make it over. Never heard back. I had to call him two more times. He told me he couldn't come out the second time I called. I called a third time and just left a message to get back to me or at least give me an estimate. It's been 2-months now and still no call back, visit or estimate. I guess they're too busy for a local customer who needs only a few yards of mulch.
