I am writing in response to Tori Fleck's negative review. This woman visited my husband's and my salon in Cincinnati. She tried to pull this same scam on us.. she goes from salon to salon and complains about her service, threatens to put a negative review on Yelp etc unless she gets a refund. She is a fraud. Do not believe her review.
