We chose Jeremy Reynolds of Anchor Realty because of their Give Back Campaign, which I was introduced to due to their early and continued financial support of the York Dog Park. Jeremy came to look at our house and explained how his company is different from the others, and that proved to be true. He collaborated on the asking price, not just telling us what to list the house for. I really appreciated that an agent from Anchor was present during every showing, being available to answer any questions.
