“This place in Falmouth Me. Was excellent. The salon in Scarborough Me. Was horrible! I went from Scarborough to Falmouth because Scarborough was terrible. Overall, it took me two hours to get a simple haircut. Your wait time and service in Scarborough are horrible. I expect and want a phone call from corporate.“
