I hadn’t had a professional haircut in YEARS, I’ve been cutting my own hair and it’s been pretty much fine. But this year I decided I needed a real haircut to clean everything up and get some good shape back. I was very nervous because I hadn’t been happy with a profession haircut in a long time and I have curly hair, which not everyone knows how to cut well. Rowan gave me the best haircut of my life. When I walked out I was like “she did a great job styling my hair to make the cut look good” but it’s like she just cut my hair to perfectly take care of itself everyday. I wake up with perfect hair after years of really struggling to be happy with any haircut. Thanks Rowan!
I'm usually the type to just walk in to a chain salon/barber type place for a last minute haircut, but I wanted to try and find someone specifically trans friendly. It was so worth making an appointment ahead of time! Dakota helped me figure out exactly what style I was looking for and it came out so nice. Both Dakota and Rowan were lovely to talk to.
The studio itself is really cozy, I will definitely be coming back!
