My rental experiences with United Rentals in Westbrook have always been top notch. As a business owner we seldom hear of the good things we do for our customers. This is a circumstance where it was necessary for me to take the time to applaud United Rentals, their sales staff, drivers and inside sales representatives like Matt Brooks. This time I ordered the wrong size boom lift and was desperate to get the correct one delivered to our job site before the holiday weekend. Not only was Matt able to find the correct lift, he was able to dispatch the delivery of the new lift and pick up the wrong one on the same day I called it in.
