My husband and I were directed to LL Flooring by our builder. We wandered in last Saturday and received such incredible service from Jacob, we will also be going back for any other floor-related need we have in the future.He was knowledgeable, understanding, opposite of pushy, and very interested in helping us understand the decisions that needed to be made, as well as the advantages/disadvantages of various choices (without judgement or trying to steer us).I've since spoken on the phone with 2 of Jacob's associates, who were also most professional. I purchased stair treads the other day and their customer service is outstanding! I was greeted immediately and they walked me through the entire process. Couldn't have asked for a nicer group of people.
