About Jukado, Family Martial Arts and Fitness center
The Greater Portland School of Jukado is a family-run, veteran-owned martial arts school for kids, teens, and adults. Established in Westbrook since 1995, the school is actively involved in the community through volunteering, donating, and supporting local families and businesses. The school offers the Awesome Kids! After School and Summer Camp Programs, a fun and safe environment for kids aged 5-11, promoting positive behavior and character development. With excellent instructors, the school provides outstanding lessons, fostering growth and inspiring students. It's a highly recommended place where kids can learn valuable life skills and feel valued and welcome.
Definitely one of the best places for kids to thrive, build confidence, practice martial arts and have fun. The atmosphere of this dojo is special. The staff and families there are all so welcoming, enthusiastic, sweet and fun. My niece LOVES IT! And I've seen her grow so much in her confidence.
I enjoyed watching the classes so much that I started to do it, too! You don't have to already be fit and in shape to get started - you can work on getting into shape together.

Excellent martial arts training for the kids!
My son has been going here for years and absolutely loves it. He has ranked up and gotten very far in this! This dojo is like family and treats everyone like family!! LOVE THIS PLACE
